At the time of delivery the crew will unwrap all furniture and unpack the boxes onto open surfaces. It is not included in the normal standard, to place your books in alphabetical order in the book shelf or make your beds. Nor is it normal standard for the crew to hang paintings on the walls or assist in furnishing your new home.
 
Walk through your new home together with the crew leader to show which room is master bedroom, which is living room, which is library etc. Please also be available on the day of delivery to answer any questions the crew might have.

Finally, be present when the crew leaves to finalize the delivery and to see that everything has been unpacked and unwrapped. Make a quick tour of your new home with the crew leader so that you can agree on that everything is ok. Eventually we kindly but firmly ask you to sign the packing lists.
